These blanket certificates of land use compliance (CLUC) were created to streamline the process of obtaining the CLUC’s for property transfers on large multifamily residential developments. Realtors, sellers and buyers are provided easy access to these documents that are typically needed by bands and other financial institutions in order to settle on a property purchase or in a rental agreement.
