Land Use Hearings
In accordance with the Senator Bryon M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act and the Municipal Land Use Law, the CRDA advertises its Land Use Hearing Schedule annually which run from August 2020 through July 2021. This schedule was adopted at the July 21, 2020 CRDA Board Meeting. The Land Use Hearings are open to the public. All hearings are held at 10:00 A.M. in the Board Room of the: Casino Reinvestment Development Authority 15 South Pennsylvania Avenue Atlantic City, NJ 08401. However, this format may change due to developing restrictions on in person meetings. All updates will be announced and posted on this website. Please make sure to check periodically for any changes.
