Open Public Records Act
The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority operates under the guidelines of the Open Public Records Act, more commonly known as “OPRA.” You may request CRDA documents by completing the form found here:
Please be sure to read the directions on the form thoroughly so that we may respond to you in a timely manner. You can fill in the form right from your device and submit to us by using the “Submit Request” button at the bottom of the form, *requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app. Or download and print, then deliver to us via any of the methods below.
All documents may be delivered in the following ways:
- In Person at the CRDA office located at 15 South Pennsylvania Avenue in Atlantic City, c/o: Ellen Edwards, Records Custodian;
- Via Mail addressed to:

If submission is by email, please be advised the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority will immediately confirm, via email, receipt of your OPRA request. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please attempt to resubmit your request. If you again do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Ellen Edwards, Records Custodian, at (609) 204-6788.
