Thank you for your interest in seeking financial assistance from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA). The CRDA is dedicated to facilitating economic and community development opportunities throughout the City. We are dedicated to the reinvestment of Atlantic City through the support and creation of various initiatives by leveraging its available assets and revenues with private investment capital to support various projects meant to revitalize Atlantic City. Given that, the CRDA oversees land use planning in the Tourism District; it also continues its mission to create new opportunities to attract visitors to Atlantic City.

Below you will find applications that correspond to both grant and loan opportunities. Once we receive your completed application, our team will review and evaluate your submission. You will be notified of our decision to proceed in the process for funding and we will indicate what the following steps will be in order to prepare your application for the review of the Board of Directors of the CRDA. The Board of Directors of the CRDA must approve all funding applications. No application is considered awarded unless the Executive Director and Board of Directors of the CRDA, approves your application and an executed grant agreement has been issued between parties. Please note that the processing timeframe for all applications typically range between 30 to 90 workdays.

Grant & Loans

Community Development

Community development projects are initiatives that seek to build the community via a service provided to the Atlantic City community. This may include but not limited to initiatives in social services such as youth development, senior services, medical services, food insecurity, and greater good initiatives.

Special Event, Marketing & Tourism

The CRDA is committed to promoting its mission to create new opportunities to attract visitors to Atlantic City. Under this, grant or loan applicants can petition the CRDA for funding for initiatives such as special events, festivals, tourism specific events and marketing opportunities that benefit specifically the City of Atlantic City.

Municipal Development (City of Atlantic City Only)

The CRDA is committed to working with the City of Atlantic City on initiatives that improve infrastructure and operations of the municipality. This section is only specific to requests made by the City to the CRDA.

Economic Development

Economic development initiatives are those that seek to build major infrastructure areas in Atlantic City. This may include but not limited to initiatives in affordable housing, redevelopment and rehabilitation, small businesses and planning initiatives.
