Thomas J. Meehan III is the Director of Project Implementation and Management for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. Mr. Meehan has been instrumental in managing the planning and implementation of transportation and utility infrastructure improvements, facilities capital improvements, economic development, community development, and housing projects in Atlantic City and throughout the state of New Jersey for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for over 28 years.
During his tenure with the CRDA, Mr. Meehan has managed Authority projects valued in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Meehan has successfully administered over $500 million of CRDA funded casino hotel expansion/renovation projects, Boardwalk capital projects, ACPD technology enhancement and surveillance projects and facilities capital improvements for the Atlantic City Convention Center and Boardwalk Hall. While working at the Authority, Mr. Meehan has held the position of Financial Analyst, Sr. Project Development Officer, Assistant Director of Construction, Assistant Director of Economic Development, Director of Development and Director of Project Implementation and Management.
Prior to joining CRDA, Mr. Meehan worked in the financial sector in banking, where he oversaw the investment and cash management functions for a savings bank with assets in excess of $2 billion dollars.
He is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College with a BS in Business Administration and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Neumann University.
