As Director of Administration, Lisa H. Britt manages board operations, acts as the staff liaison to the governing body and its committees, and coordinates all committee and board proceedings for the Authority. In this role, Ms. Britt interfaces closely with the Governor’s Authorities Unit, state and local officials, and members of the community. Britt also oversees administrative operations and facilities management; planning, developing, and implementing systems and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of Authority offices.
A lifelong resident of Atlantic County, Britt has nearly 25 years of varied and progressively responsible experience in administrative operations and has served the Authority since March 2000 when she was hired as the Administrative Assistant to the then Assistant Deputy Director of Project Development. Britt’s educational background is in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
