Alicia Magee serves as the Vice President of Finance at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. Alicia began her casino industry career in 2003 at Borgata where she held various positions including Director of Casino Accounting and Director of Casino Cashiering. In 2017, Alicia joined Harrah’s Atlantic City as the Operations Controller overseeing casino cashiering, count room and accounting functions. In 2020, she joined Hard Rock Atlantic City as the Executive Director of Operations Compliance and was promoted to her current role in 2022.
Alicia has been a resident of New Jersey for over 20 years. Born in Pennsylvania, Alicia spent her early childhood living in Puerto Rico and then resided in Washington State through high school. She is a graduate of Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma, WA. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where she took the helm as coxswain on the men’s rowing team who competed in the Henley Royal Regatta in England. In addition, she also spent a semester abroad with Princeton University’s summer program at La Universidad De Leon in Spain.
Alicia proudly serves as a Mentor in the Hard Rock Women in Leadership Program and volunteers in various Hard Rock Atlantic City charitable events and fundraisers that support the local community. She enjoys spending time with her family, and attending her children’s sporting events and club activities.
