Historic Boardwalk Hall.

Atlantic City Convention Center.
At the February 2017 meeting, The Board approved capital investments that will ensure uninterrupted heating and cooling utility services at Historic Boardwalk Hall and significantly reduce the costs associated with the delivery of these services to the Atlantic City Convention Center. The CRDA will be negotiating and executing turnkey construction and supply agreements with DCO Energy, LLC, which owns and operates the Midtown Energy Plant on Atlantic Avenue and the Convention Center Energy Plant. Once finalized, these agreements will lead to the re-routing of piping and other related infrastructure from Boardwalk Hall to the Midtown Energy Plant, the acquisition of the Convention Center Energy Plant, and the reliable and cost efficient supply of heating and cooling utility services to both CRDA facilities.
