Tickets Now On Sale for Miss America, An Atlantic City Tradition

Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, Miss America Organization Announce Advance Ticket Sales/Four-Night Packages Now Available Through Ticketmaster

Atlantic City, NJ (June 20, 2017) – Tickets are now on sale for the 2018 Miss America Competition, during which 52 talented contestants from across the country will compete for this coveted title at Historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on Sunday, September 10, 2017.  This original Atlantic City event will be broadcast live on ABC between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Prior to the main event on the Sept. 10, three nights of critical and exciting preliminaries take place on Sept. 6, 7, and 8. Visitors may purchase ticket packages for all four nights of the “The 2018 Miss America Competition” through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

On Saturday, Sept. 9, the 52 contestants will participate in one of Miss America’s most beloved and anticipated annual traditions, the Miss America “Show Us Your Shoes” Parade on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.  To purchase reserved seats in our prime viewing area at Kennedy Plaza, visit www.missamerica.org.

“This event provides a unique opportunity for us to showcase Boardwalk Hall and Atlantic City on a national stage,” added CRDA Executive Director Chris Howard.  “The Miss America Competition is one of the City’s proud traditions and highlights Atlantic City’s position as a premier entertainment and vacation destination.”
