Director of Human Resources
Ms. Manning serves as the Director of Human Resources, bringing nearly 15 years of responsible and progressive HR experience to the Authority. Prior to joining CRDA, she managed the Human Resources/Administrative Services department for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and held management roles in operations, HR auditing, employee training and development in the pharmaceutical industry. Manning’s earlier career experiences also include working as a financial advisor to help individuals invest, accumulate and protect capital throughout different life stages.
As a proficient Senior Human Resources leader, Manning uses her comprehensive background in both public and private sectors to affect positive change and has a passion for improving culture and employee engagement. She operates with a holistic approach to human resources management with regard to the needs of employees, the organization and the community. She continues to build her career by having a profound impact on overall company strategy and initiatives.
Ms. Manning holds a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services from East Carolina University.
