Volunteers Needed For The Atlantic City Airshow – Thunder Over the Boardwalk
– August 13, 2014 –
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (June 13, 2014) – Now celebrating it’s 12th year, the Atlantic City Airshow returns to the skies above the beautiful free beaches and Boardwalk of Atlantic City when it flies in on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.
If you want to be a big part of the action when the Atlantic City Airshow “Thunder over the Boardwalk” roars into Atlantic City on Wednesday, August 13 from Noon until 3 p.m., then this is your chance!
A variety of volunteer positions are available on August 13, 2014. If you are a fan, veteran, or just have a passion for the show and want to volunteer your time, contact Ryane Watkins, Atlantic City Jaycees at 609-748-7661, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Acts already confirmed for the August 13, 2014 show are the U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds, U. S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, the USMC Harrier and the Geico Skytypers. A full list of performers and a schedule of events will be released as we get closer to take-off.
The Atlantic City Airshow is a community partnership between the Greater Atlantic City Chamber; the City of Atlantic City; the 177th Fighter Wing of the N.J. Air National Guard; South Jersey Transportation Authority; FAA William J. The majority of Atlantic City Airshow performers take off and land via ACY, although the airshow takes place over the beach and Boardwalk in Atlantic City.
