(Atlantic City, NJ, November 12, 2015) – Atlantic City is decking the halls to make sure your holidays are merry, but even before the switch turns on the lights for Black Friday and Santa begins his rounds, there are some great ways to get into the holiday spirit throughout the area.

Santa arrives at Bass Pro Shops parking lot after a parade through The Walk, along with his entourage, followed by a magical tree lighting and opening of Santa’s Wonderland. Tropicana’s Holiday Musical Light Show in The Quarter dazzles with interactive lights timed to an array of musical selections, with shows presented every hour on the hour from noon until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, noon until midnight Friday-Sunday. Gift certificates go on sale for Atlantic City Restaurant Week. Everybody’s favorite stocking stuffer will go on sale on Black Friday, available online at www.acrestaurantweek.com or in person at the Atlantic City Visitor Welcome Centers located on the Boardwalk at Mississippi Avenue (Boardwalk Hall) and on the Atlantic City Expressway at mile marker 3.5. The gift of good taste will be accepted at dozens of fine area restaurants during Restaurant Week, scheduled for March 6-12, 2016, when value-priced special menus will be served for $15.16 for lunch and $33.16 for dinner (tax, beverage and gratuity not included).

“Deck the Hall” at Boardwalk Hall will put you in a giving mood.
