(Atlantic City, NJ, November 18, 2015) – Black Friday shoppers who wish to take advantage of the great merchandise and thrifty specials at Atlantic City’s Tanger Outlets, the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University, Bass Pro Shops and other great stores and restaurants in the city’s famed Ducktown neighborhood will no doubt also appreciate the special reduced parking rate at the Wave Garage.
On Friday, November 27, the Wave Garage at Fairmount and Mississippi avenues will offer a reduced parking fee of just $4.00 with a voucher, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. No purchase is necessary.
Vouchers for the reduced rate are available at the Wave Garage parking office, at the Tanger Outlets Shoppers Services office or by asking an Atlantic City Ambassador. Ambassadors are stationed throughout the area and are easily recognized by their neon green shirts marked with a CRDA “Visitor Services” logo.
“We are happy to once again provide Atlantic City shoppers with a holiday treat of reduced parking fees for the busiest shopping day of the year,” said John Palmieri, executive director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), which constructed the garage in 2012. “It’s our way of welcoming visitors for the start of the holiday season.”
The Wave Garage offers 1,180 parking spaces, including six spaces where electric vehicles can recharge for a small fee.

The only agency of its kind nationwide, the CRDA has used Atlantic City casino reinvestments as a catalyst for meaningful, positive improvement in the lives of New Jersey residents, investing nearly $2 billion in more than 400 projects statewide since 1984. Under the 2011 Tourism District Act, CRDA’s mission evolved from statewide projects to becoming the state’s key economic development agency for Atlantic City. CRDA responsibilities expanded to include land use regulation, clean and safe initiatives, tourism marketing, ownership and oversight of the Atlantic City Convention Center and Boardwalk Hall, and partnership with the Atlantic City Alliance to brand and market Atlantic City. The former ACCVA, now a division of CRDA, is the first destination marketing organization in New Jersey to achieve prestigious Destination Marketing Accreditation by the Destination Marketing Association International.
